Loli

Loli came to P.U.P. in the beginning of Feb. close to death at 8 weeks of age. She was immediately placed at the vets office where she spent most of the first 4 weeks. The only sign that she was ever sick is a slight tilt of her head. Loli aka "Tipsy" is now just a puppy. She has the most lovable personality and is totally full of herself. Of course, she had lots of love and attention at the vets office (she was the little queen!) Loli has found a family that will continue to spoil her rotten for the rest of her life.

Leena

Leana came to us 2/14/03. She was left by her family at their abandoned house. She was left with her nursing 9 puppies. We estimate they were born on 1/6/03. You can see every bone in her body. Thank goodness someone picked her up. She is very loving and willing to please. Leana was adopted to a great family and is doing very well there.

Hope

We had wanted to be able to show you pictures of "Hope" progressing to health but, that was not to be. She decided that the rainbow bridge would be a better place to live and she left us on April 18th. Hope was found on April 16th and immediately rushed to the vet. We had big Hopes for her to be able to live a long and healthy life with someone who truly would love her. Hope weighed 38lbs. or should I say her bones weighed 38lbs. This did not happen over night. Someone watched this dog starve to death and be eaten away with mange. We are actively looking for that person and cruelty charges will be filed. It won't help Hope now but it will keep this person from doing it again to another precious animal. If you are reading this you must truly be an animal lover, if you would like to help us in memory of Hope, please contact us by phone or email. God Bless Our Newest Angel.

Bruno

Bruno was found by ACC running the streets of Riveria Beach 2 blocks from his last known home of record. Bruno was a purebred rottweiler born 11/99 which Debbie adopted out to a Brent_____ of Riveria Beach. Bruno was found like this on Martin Luther King, 2 blocks from his home. "Brent" has been unreachable, therefore putting Bruno in a "stray" catagory and I guess ok to run the streets??Doesn't sound right to me because this is how he ended up. We could not save Bruno, however, we did give him some good nights and a good burial. This is criminal what happened to Bruno! This was suppose to be HIS 2nd chance! WHAT'S WRONG WITH PEOPLE OUT THERE!!
